It’s a truism of water parks: stick around long enough, and you’ll see someone lose their swimsuit.

This usually results in a mad scramble to recover the suit, as well as the requisite embarrassment that comes with having to navigate how to put the thing back on without showing the world your dick/boobs/ass.

Not in this case. This lifeguard shows that all you need to help someone in this situation is a towel and a good sense of timing.
